Switch on the machine.
Login device password, then press enter (these will be given to you)
Login user ID. (Personal ID given to you) e.g. (tbmo) then press enter. It will then put you to the main menu.

Quick sale - press enter for vouchers on the keypad.
Auto print: YES/NO, on yes press enter.
The voucher demonstration will display on the screen e.g.CO35 which is Cell C R35.
If you require this voucher, press the key which is in line with that particular denomination in this. ( Cell C is key 2 on the keypad).
It will ask you to sms pin code, you say NO then press enter.
New sale pin code is your personal pin code.e.g. 012 press enter and wait, the voucher will be printed from your machine.

Main menu option 2 is a New Sale, you will use this option if the denomination on the keypad quick sale menu is not available
Go down with # key and press enter.
Auto print will say yes press enter
Cell C, MTN, Vodacom options will appear on the screen, then you will scroll down to any network by pressing the # key then press enter.
All the airtime denomination of that network wilt be displayed, choose and press enter
Sms pin code no press enter .
New sale pin code is your personal pin code. Press enter.
Wait a moment. while it prints the voucher.

Go to the main menu, then select reports and press enter
It will then show options such as detailed reports, summary sale, go down with a # key to option 6 which is balances then press enter
It will say fetch report, say yes, press enter
It will show the balance, press enter
If you want to print report, select yes press enter.
Then the report will be printed.
Press enter to go back to the main menu.
